This IBM Watson extension is an AI concierge that integrates machine learning into one seamless gift-recommending experience for people to organise a gift that’s personalised for their needs, with its ideation taken care of by the trained AI. Its digital platform GWYN (aka Gifts When You Need) functions as a gifting AI assistant that helps guide individuals throughout the product-choosing and purchasing processes by pulling suggestions through specialist websites & online data. Part of the “Outhink” campaign, we were commissioned to create fresh, floating floral arrangements with integrated hero lettering, using a variety of blooms lit with colourful gels for a contemporary look.
